Women in Business Luncheon

Join local professional women for an inspiring Women in Business networking lunch, featuring presentations by leaders of two of our community’s most impactful non-profit organizations: TotalLink2 Community and The Josselyn Center.  Learn about the career journeys of these influential women and connect with a wide variety of Chamber members over lunch at Marcello's.

Guest Speakers:

Emily Raming is the Executive Director with TotalLink2 Community (TL2C), a Northbrook-based provider of employment, educational, and social programs for individuals with disabilities. Prior to joining TL2C in 2012, Emily spent six years working for TrueNorth (the former North Suburban Special Education District). She leads mentoring, supervision and training of TL2C’s professional staff, and was instrumental in the organization’s accreditation from the Council on Quality and Leadership. Emily serves on the Board of Illinois Association of People Supporting Employment First and the Advisory Council of Executive Service Corps.  She has her BS in Psychology from Miami University in Ohio.



With more than 25 years of experience with nonprofit organizations and small businesses, Jennifer Grandberry brings extensive knowledge in fundraising, marketing, communications, strategy development, and volunteer management to her role as the Director of Development and Outreach for Josselyn, a certified community mental health center based in Northfield. Jennifer has worked with regional and national nonprofit organizations in the arena of direct donor fundraising and marketing/communications. Additionally, Jennifer has been owner and president of Floodlight Consulting, Inc., which focused on helping to propel the mission of nonprofit organizations. She has an undergraduate degree in communication arts from Wartburg College and an MS in business design innovation from Carthage College. When not at work, Jennifer is fortunate to be a single mom to two gifted student athlete daughters and spends countless hours cheering them on in basketball, and track and field.
